Thank you for visiting Capital City Cakes.  There are a variety of cake flavors, fillings and frostings for you to choose from.

Cake Flavors include, but are not limited to:  Butter Cake, Chocolate, Carrot, Lemon Poppy Seed, Red Velvet, and Mocha.

Fillings:  Lemon, Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, Cream Cheese, Apricot, Cherry, Vanilla Custard, Chocolate Custard and Canolli.

Icings:  Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream, Cream Cheese, Flavored Buttercream, and Rolled Fondant.

Thanks to everyone for your support as I take a break from cake decorating to raise three beautiful little boys.  I've enjoyed creating beautiful and delicious confections for you, and look forward to creating more cakes in the near future.
